Some of the kittens and cats in the shelter may have
been exposed to an upper respiratory infection (similar to a common
cold). This cold will have to run it's course and all cats and kittens
that we have for adoption will appear healthy but may come down with
a cold a few days after adoption. We do not recommend anyone
adopting a cat or kitten if you already have a cat or plan on letting
your cat interact with other cats for a two week period after adoption.
This cold virus is very contagious to other cats only, not dogs or
